A maximum of three guests can be accommodated. The living room has a sleeper couch (single bed size), colour television with selected satellite channels and DVD. The bedroom features an extra-length queen size bed, radio/alarm, hairdryer and digital electronic safe. The newly renovated granite kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee perculator, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A washing macine is installed. A private covered balcony overlooking Herte Street has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The newly renovated bathroom has a bath, shower and twin basins. Secure off-street covered parking is available inside the security complex.

Rates 1 May to 30 September: R450 per night for the apartment as a whole (max 3 guests).

1 October to 30 April: R550 per night for the apartment as a whole (max 3 guests).
